When was the last time I celerbrated moon festival? Really can't remember, I think after I came to USA, I never really celerbrated it. Only some years took sons outside or backyard to watch the moom. Gee, the moon is USA is really big. (Like all the people said).
Forttunately our compay is Chinese owned company, so we get mook cake every year, but the Sheng-Gee moon cake is really sweet, I still miss Taiwan's moon cake, especially the home made moon cake. My mom always cooked two kinds of moon cakes, red beans and sesame. Not too sweet, just perfact.
I had not celerbrated Chinese new year in USA in the past 19 years. Definitely I will go back to Taiwan to celerbrate the 20th Chinese new year. I miss that.
