First of all,
the weather in Taipei this week is extremely unpredictable and fickle
(which means changeable)
If I carry an umbrella with me, it would turn out to be good weather without any rain.
but If...
If I do not bring an umbrella with myself, the weather would certainly become fucking rainy.
God damn...
It really pissed me off and drove me crazy.
Like today(Friday, March 13)
After I leave MSI company, it suddenly starts raining so heavily
kinda like it rains cats n dogs

哈哈哈，當然不是啦。。。
這是英文用法裡面，下大雨的意思
and I am like...
well, my first thought coming out from my mind is that
Fuck...
my HUGO BOSS suit n BCBG tie need to be sent for dry clean after being caught in the rain.
。。。 sign 。。。
Then I called Apple n tell her about my MSI interview.
She kept laughing after finishing listening to my story and said she can feel my scared emotion.
The interview with MSI is so terrible and almost frightened me to death
I guess you must be wondering what is the story
well, let me tell about this story
MSI sent 2 superviors to interview with me
Ai-Ting, project manager at HR Dept.
Erika, marketing manager at Marketing n Sales Dept.
Ai-Ting seems to be kinda nice and easy to talk with,
and I think that might be because her job is to interview potential candidates everyday.
anyway, she just looks friendly.
However...
Erika, entered the meeting room with a very very very serious look,
which made me feel...
u know...kinda distant, not close...
I never saw she laugh or any other friendly look except for keeping being serious
The interview began from my presentation about myself
This is a 10-slide PPT which introduces my personalities, my academic backgorund,
my working experience, my job performance, and my career planning.
After my presentation finished, here comes Erika's continuous questiones.
such as...
What kind of capability do you think you have with yourself?
What’s your advantage in applying the position?
Please describe your “Personal Strength” and “Area needs to be improved”.
What did you learn from your previous and existing experience?
Can you explain me more details in your past working experience?
Do you bring any proposals or pictures which can illustrate your job achievement?
Please give a specific example from your past experience regarding how you initiated change by challenging the status quo and what the outcome was.
What is your personal views about NB market and industry?
Which area in marketing field do you think you are good at?
What is the difference between U.S NB market and Taiwan market?

I really can not remember how many questiones the exact answers I had answered Erika.
but I think at least 15...

I can only recalled that I kept answering and answering her questiones without a single second stopped for thinking.

關於上一篇日記，很多久未聯絡的鄰居都紛紛向小粉表達關心與讚賞小粉伸張正義的勇氣與壯舉
呵呵
在這裡要謝謝大家，小粉很感激也很感動
上禮拜副處長找小粉去談了，我在想。。。
應該是處長有主動出面找副處長和主管談起小粉之前向處長伸張正義的事情。
不然副處長應該是不會主動找我才對
他們向小粉表達願意妥協的意願，表示在八月合約到期之前，
不會再有任何逼小粉離職或是刁難小粉的動作
而這段時間，也會讓小粉利用上班時間去找工作，要請假去面試也都會准假
唯一的條件就是。。。。。。希望小粉可以不要再把事情往高層去上訴了。。。
哈哈哈
我想他們應該是害怕高層的關切吧，因為畢竟他們還要一直工作到退休為止，
如果背負上欺壓員工的不當管理罪名，我想，他們大概到退休前都升遷無望了
ㄎㄎ
所以至少這段時間，他們應該會收斂一些吧，我想。。。
不屈不撓的過人意志力，超強的抗壓性，和不輕易服輸的堅強個性
應該是小粉打贏這場戰爭的關鍵吧，Ｉ ｇｕｅｓｓ
。。。。。。 ｔｏ ｂｅ ｃｏｎｔｉｎｕｅｄ 。。。。。。
by the way,
明天(Sunday, March 15)，小粉就要去考ＴＯＥＩＣ(多益)了
呼呼...早上8點30就得到考場，真是一項艱鉅的ＭＩＳＳＩＯＮ

還有啊，就因為過年的時候在家和爸爸打賭，所以。。。所以。。。
小粉背負著要考非常非常非常高分的使命。。。
多益的滿分是９９０，而小粉至少要考９００分以上，才能拿到Ｇｏｌｄｅｎ Ｃｅｒｔｉｆｉｃａｔｅ
呵呵
所以和爸爸打賭說，如果考９００以上，他就要辦桌請客全家人吃飯
哈哈哈
為了讓楊先生破費，小粉最近下班回到家之後，都豁出去的在認真準備英文
幸好平常小粉每一天都會讓自己接觸至少一兩小時的英文，比如說是看英文新聞或是英文節目ｅｔｃ
所以準備起來到也蠻輕鬆的，因為至少自己已經具備了一定的英文程度了
同時也要感謝大表弟替小粉準備了多益的模擬試題讓小粉練習
哈哈哈
真是好貼心的表弟呢，噗

從ＭＳＩ回家之後，小粉忽然心血來潮想拍照
地點是在小粉的房間，前幾天剛把純粉紅色的床單換成粉紅色的小花床單

粉紅色的小花床單，讓小粉睡起來似乎心情也好些了。。。
前天還差點睡過頭上班遲到呢
