The extent of we have been attached to oneself, make us almost never thought about the welfare of others. In fact, our interest to others, isn t more than the interest of the tiger on the gr⋯⋯ass. This is completely opposite to the point of view of Bodhisattva. "I" in fact is a creation of mind; when we realize that the objects (someone), and the mind we are attached to are empty. We can easily see that others and ourselves has no differences.
The way and time we have been taking care of our own, is how Bodhisattva have been taking care of others. If Bodhisattva think that jumping in the hell of burning fire could help the sentient beings, he will do so without hesitation. Just like a swan flying into a cool lake.
