I start to do the family-interview for class. “What a young teacher!” is the first impression given by student's parents. I am flattered to have the admiration. I am interested in what student's parents say to me. Of course I must come to the interview prepared to some extend possible. Know the family members, something unique about the student. Most parents concern how to improve their child's learning and development. How will student's parents like me to handle misbehavior? I listen carefully and ask questions that occur to me as the conversation continues.
