『 ....To remember yourself as light, you must begin with your waking self.
Everything you do, see yourself as light.
Your heart is the sun and your whole being is just dancing with luminous light.
While you walk feel yourself as light.
When you eat, be the sun absorbing more energy.
As you speak, sing, stretch, be pure light.
Be nothing but a radiant sun glowing throughout the day.
Forget the body and see instead only light.
This will be a different way to move, and there will be times when you may forget, but when you remember, be the light once more and eventually, it will remain with you.
If you do this with totality for three months, you will begin to feel lighter, brighter, more buoyant and alive, and people will notice a change in you.
Once people begin asking you what you have done, you are ready for the next step.
Now that you know yourself as light, bring this awareness with you into sleep.
As you fall asleep, be the light that is awake, while the body takes it’s rest.
Once you succeed at this, all dreams will stop and you will suddenly realize that you are the sky.
The clouds have gone and the vast sky drenched in light is all that remains.』
