最近一連串醫療問題產生,醫護缺人,四大皆空,急診像菜市場,健保費要調漲......各方名嘴專家各抒己見,健保局,衛生署也各尋因應之道,一時之間好不熱鬧.不過大家轉來轉去,也只不過是挖東補西,真正的根源卻沒碰觸,是不敢?不知?
其實只要實施兩項制度,所有問題解決: 一是轉診(家醫)制度,一是門診藥費自付. 這兩項在原始健保設計時都有的,可是最後在各大財團,醫學中心,利益團體的運作下被拿掉了,造成了今天的局面.
另外推波助瀾的制度是醫院評鑑和健保給付,被少數人(團體)控制,為自己的名利,犧牲醫界和全民福祉而不自知.
在此不便點名和說太露骨,可憐的是無知的不明究理的社會大眾.
