台灣的健保與國外很大的不同就是包山包海,什麼都給付!!於是百姓拼命拿免費的藥,還分送
親朋好友.醫院也樂得多開藥賺健保差價,醫師也多開藥衝業績,PPF(分成)拿的多;藥商也樂的笑呵呵,拼命數鈔票.雖說健保局也規定這規定那,但道高一尺,魔高一丈,你那鬥得過那利益共同體?
如果藥費自付,請問病患敢拿不必要的藥嗎?所有目前藥價的亂像立即一掃而空.健保費不必漲還可以降呢!別擔心,依照國外的做法,低收入戶或慢性病的藥,會有上限的自費,超過你的自
付上限,由政府出.如此一來,目前看病的自付額也會大幅減少,一般民眾看病的錢比現在少,健保費也可以少繳,多棒!!
只是如此的行動,衛生署,健保局敢嗎?他們敵的過藥廠,醫界,藥界的壓力嗎?
首先失業的一定是藥場的propa(推銷員),醫院裏,醫師辦公室戶為之穿的propa人潮立即不見.
醫師聚餐,球聚,旅遊,出國開會,基金會捐款,研究贊助.....通通沒了,醫師小孩的接送,醫師娘逛街聚會購物也沒人接送買單,.................
唉!!又是一場白日夢!!
