I went to an university friend's place yesterday and he cook for his family, my other uni friends and me. With this friend, we use to go to the very same high school in Taiwan and I meet him in the same university class oversea.....a small world it is.
He is married and have one kid with one more to come....as result of new age good man...he is also a very good cook. We had the oyster in Taiwanes sauce,紅燒牛肉麵 and sashimi....really nice, especially the 紅燒牛肉麵...I love it.
In here, there are about 8 Taiwanese restaurants which make authentic Taiwanese style 紅燒牛肉麵.....similar standard to the average one in Taipei except one. My friend's 紅燒牛肉麵 dish actually can match all of them and the one in Taipei. I think his wife is very lucky as he is a very multi-talented doctor including cooking but he always think he is very lucky to meet his wife........how sweet......Orz......
