I am a teacher, and I happen to fit into the type of those who plan everything down to the last detail in advance. Before I enter the classroom, I always do my homework. That is, I analyze the lesson, rehearse my lecture, and designs questions based on the lesson, I practice all of these over and over again until I feel confident that everything will go well as planned. It is my belief that as long as I practice hard, my students will find my class spontaneous when actually it has been carefully planned. Whatever the impression I create on the surface, I am a privately shy teacher who works hard to appear professionally confident.:)>-
