最近天氣變化大，是心血管疾病患者要更加注重保健的時期。
今天，有一位陳先生在高鐵上因為心臟病發作突然昏倒；
音樂家「番王」因為心肌梗塞演出時在台上昏倒；
很慶幸，當時都有多位醫生在場，他們都被救回。 

看了以上的新聞，心想如果他們是自己的家人，心情一定會很焦急、擔心、心疼不已…！心中浮現薛岳 – “如果沒有明天”，Ronan Keating – “If Tomorrow Never Comes” 

有一個想法出現在腦海：
「如果我沒有明天，愛我的人和我愛的人會不會知道我有多愛他們？」
