I dont think the core value could really to exhibit one's actually ability in every area & situation.
Experience was the most important core ability in this indusry, you should not put everyone on the same position to review it's contribution and value to company.
I am tired till now, really tired. I dont want to compete for anything & anyone, am I wrong?
I just want to do meself in my position, am I wrong?
