第一次是掉在計程車 司機照著名片上的電話打了電話給Ming........ Ming逃過了第一劫 (詳連結)
第二次竟然是被某國會議員的助理撿到 依著Ming的名片E-mail來.... "似乎"又逃過了一劫

I've talked to the Post Office here and they said the following.
Because you did not fill out a change of address form, you'll need to contact the mail recovery center in Atlanta, where your mail should have been routed. Write and let them know the situation; that you've moved and had your wallet mailed to your old address. Send the letter to here:

I was told that you would probably have to describe the wallet and give your current address and phone number. They did not have a phone number. Sorry it turned out this way. If they tell me anything else at the post office I will let you know.
