I love eating Pho (越南牛肉河粉) and I believe the most authentic one beside Vietnam, then here where I live.....(Taiwan is good but still not good enough compare to here).
Over the long weekend, I went to the Pho restaurant (I had Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine for lunch).....love it.
