There are 229 days till 2008. The second mid-term test is held for students this morning and no school this afternoon. Dr. Chen Ying-Hao, the ex-education commissioner, gives a speech to our teachers at language center. The speech is focus on the personal characteristics of an excellent teacher. According to Dr. Chen, an excellent teacher: ~ has a deep knowledge and understanding of the subject matter, ~ is commitment to teaching and is hard working, ~ continually seeks ways to improve, innovate, and be up-to-date, ~ has a strong passion for subject, ~ has a high enthusiasm for teaching, ~ is an inspirational role model to students, ~ has a high EQ to empathize with students, and ~ is eminently approachable. It seems that I am potential to be an excellent teacher.:)>- @};-
