Elegant but Arrogant(1) While just about to pack up, a lady poped in at a colleague's counter and urged for service.It's already 1/2hr after front door was shut.Apparantly she sneaked in from our side door. Though the way she talked sound an educated person, but was low in EQ with arrogant manner.
