1 of my heros in the 80s was of course larry williams. then i got to meet him in the 90s
as a speaker in a technical trading seminar in asia, he's invited with other speakers 2 the local exchange during lunch break. someone immediately pointed out he & i looked quite alike which i'd noticed & was surprised myself when they first walked onto the floor
we shook hands & i told him i'd read all the books he'd ever written on trading. he's surprised 2 hear that, not expecting in a far away corner of the world there's someone who'd know him so well
"r the books of any help?" he asked "some of the indicators r very good," i said "that's great," he's obviously pleased
then i patted on his back & said with a smile, "u r my hero." he's a bit embarrassed by the remark but i pretended 2 not have seen it
it's a genuine compliment for the guy who'd invented Williams %R Oscillator
